Business Development Manager
Reporting to: Business Development Director
Location: Remote Working (National Role)
Hours: Full time
Owing to the growth and expansion of our company we are recruiting for a Business Development Manager.
The role emerges at a pivotal time whereby the successful candidate will be concerned with continuously improving and growing the business after an existing period of development.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll establishing and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.
You may have a single role in the organisation or lead a team of staff. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating leads
- Increasing sales
- Understanding the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Thinking and working strategically
